Registration Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the WMHA office at
office@whitehorseminorhockey.ca
Prior to August 24th 100% less $50 administration fee
August 24th - October 1st 75% of registration fee + $50 admin
October 2 - November 15th 50% of registration fee +$50 admin
November 15th - to end of season - no refund
Mustangs and Development Team Tryout Fees are non-refundable
Medical withdrawals/refunds will be reviewed and determined by
application to the Executive
Players removed from WMHA due to disciplinary issues will not eligible for
a refund
Subject to Executive decision, prolonged, unexcused absence from team events may be defined as withdrawal from WHMA
WMHA membership is rescinded upon refund of registration fees and/or by withdrawal after November 15.
**There will be no refund payments issued prior to October 15 due to high volume of office duties at that time.
Pandemic Exceptions - if due to circumstances outside the control of WMHA, the season does not begin or is cancelled initial payment refunds may be an option.
